Minutes of the Zoning Board of Adjustment Hearing
August 11, 2005
Re:Voting on the minutes of July 21, 2005.
Members Present: Albion Lyons, Francis Sytek, and Harold Davis.
Others Present:Heidi Lawton
Albion Lyons brought the meeting to order at 11:00am.
The board reviewed the July 21, 2005 minutes from the Rick Nadig case. Frances made a motion to accept the minutes, Harold seconded, Albion approved, minutes passed with full board vote.
Harold made a motion to adjourn the meeting, Frances seconded the motion, meeting adjourned.
Albion adjourned the meeting at 11:15am.
