Minutes of the Zoning Board of Adjustment Hearing
June 1, 2005
Re:Charles J. Lewis Jr. would like to replace his existing porch with a bigger one.
Members Present:Albion Lyons, Shannon Dagesse, and Harold Davis.
Others Present: Charles Lewis, Miyo Lewis, & Heidi Lawton.
Albion Lyons brought the meeting to order at 6:00pm.
The board discussed Mr. Lewis’s proposal. They also looked at pictures of the new design that Mr. Lewis had for his new porch.
Shannon asked Mr. & Mrs. Lewis if they were going to build from where the top step is now, or from where the bottom step is now. Mr. Lewis said from the top step, and then just going over.
The board discussed the issue and decided that they saw nothing wrong with the design.
Harold made a motion to grant the variance, Shannon seconded the decision, Albion agreed. Variance passed by full board vote.
Mr. Lewis was then advised that he would need to go back in front of the Planning Board on Tuesday, June 14, 2005.
Harold made a motion to adjourn the meeting, Shannon seconded, meeting adjourned.
