Minutes of the Zoning Board of Adjustment Hearing

Re:Lewis Oil building a roof over the bins on Bridge St.
Members Present:Albion Lyons, Lawrence Kelsea, Frances Sytek, and Harold Davis.
Others Present: Peter Rouleau
Albion Lyons brought the meeting to order.
Peter discussed his project with the board members and showed them pictures. He then gave the board members letters from abutters, Bernadine Stanton & Michael Grandmaison stating that they had no problem with the project.
Francis Sytek made a motion to approve the proposed variance, Lawrence Kelsea seconded, all approved.
Donna notified all of the board members that George Mahnke had resigned as Chairman. She asked all of the members to attend the Selectmen’s Meeting on Monday, May 10 to be sworn in as members. She explained the staggered year process to them.
A motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Frances, seconded by Lawrence, motion passed.
Meeting adjourned.
