Minutes of the Zoning Board of Adjustment Hearing
April 20, 2004
Re:Brian LaPerle’s sign.
Members Present:Albion Lyons, Lawrence Kelsea, and Frances Sytek.
Others Present: Brian LaPerle
Albion Lyons brought the meeting to order.
The board reviewed Mr. LaPerle’s paperwork. Frances made a motion to approve the variance, Lawrence seconded it, variance approved.
Frances made a motion to accept the minutes of March 16 & 30th, Lawrence seconded it, motion passed to approve the minutes.
Brian LaPerle mentioned that he would be interested in being a member of the Zoning Board, the board agreed that, that would be great.
I explained to the board that George Mahnke resigned as the Zoning Board Chairman. I explained that the board could not elect another chairman until I received George’s letter of resignation. Frances and Lawrence both felt that Albion should do it.
Albion adjourned the meeting.
