Minutes of the Zoning Board of Adjustment Hearing
February 3, 2004
Re:Francis & Dick Sytek’s boundary line adjustment.
Members Present:George Heald, Harold Davis, and Sandy Stone.
Others Present:Francis Sytek, George Gooch, and Heidi Lawton.
George Heald brought the meeting to order.
Francis told the board that she would be stepping down as a member this evening because this case was regarding her.
The board discussed that the setbacks were not 10ft back, by saw no problem with them the way they are.
George asked Mr. Gooch if he had any kind of discussion, and Mr. Gooch said no, he was alright with the decision.
Harold made a motion to approve, Sandy seconded it, motion passed.
Meeting adjourned at 6:30pm.
There was discussion on the next case until 6:45pm.
