Minutes of the Zoning Board of Adjustment Hearing
January 20, 2004
Re:James Gadwah’s storage shed
Members Present:Frances Sytek, Harold Davis, Sandy Stone, and Albion Lyons.
Others Present:Eddie Poulin, James Gadwah, and Heidi Lawton.
Harold Davis brought the meeting to order.
Harold made a motion to pass the shed and Sandy Stone seconded it. Mr. Poulin asked if there could be some discussion before the vote was finalized.
Mr. Poulin wanted to make sure that in the future he will be able to put a garage in his driveway. Mr. Gadwah said he thinks some of Mr. Poulin’s driveway is on his property, and if it is he would like the tar ripped up so that he could have a garden. Mr. Gadwah said that he would have his land surveyed this spring. Mr. Gadwah then accused Mr. Poulin of complaining to the board about the shed, and Mr. Poulin said that he never complained to the board, that the only thing he was concerned about was when the shed was too close to the road and you could not see coming out of the driveway because there is a full tree there.
Harold then made a motion to pass the shed, Sandy seconded the motion, motion passed with board approval
