MINUTES OF THE ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING
August 18, 2003
Members Present: George Mahnke, Albion Lyons, Sandy Stone, George Heald, Lawrence Kelsea, and Harold Davis.
Others Present: Heidi Lawton, Sarah R. Cummings, Mike Ouellet, and Lynn Rancloes.
George Mahnke called the meeting to order at 7:00pm.
The board voted on the minutes from June 26, 2003, George Heald made a motion to approve, and Harold Davis seconded it, all approved.
Sarah Cummings explained to the board that she would only be coming in about 1 foot to the wall. The board was concerned that the only problem would be the railroad. George Heald made a motion to accept Sarah’s plan and Harold Davis seconded it, all approved.
The board then made an official vote on Irene Holt’s garage, George Mahnke made a motion to approve, Albion Lyons seconded it, all approved.
Meeting adjourned at 7:10pm.
