Selectmen’s Meeting
March 7, 2005
Members Present: Larry Rappaport, Greg Placy, and Frank Dumaine.
Others: Donna Caron, Heidi Lawton, Claire Knapper, and Donna Jordan.
Selectmen signed all vouchers and manifests.
Selectmen reviewed several abatement forms.
Larry would like a DD214 from Tim Stevens to prove he is insured by the Veteran’s Administration. Have Camilla call the VA and get a verbal okay.
There will be a training Saturday, March 19, for the Automatic Defibrillator.
Dr. Olson wrote a letter to the Selectmen regarding who is on his land and if they are hunting on it. He has a bird hobby that he enjoys very much and often wears camouflage when he is watching the birds and he is afraid of being shot by a hunter. He called the Police Chief, but got no response. He would like to post his land for no hunting. The Town has sent him a letter with the RSA in it, and he may post the land, but he will lose his recreation privilege.
Donna read the Selectmen a letter from the Planning Board letting the Selectmen know that they will be having a hearing on April 4th at 7:00pm, regarding the Nash Site approval.
Larry would like to have a public meeting regarding the elderly exemptions.
Selectmen discussed the warrant articles.
Frank made a motion to adjourn the meeting, Larry seconded, meeting adjourned.
