Larry Rappaport informed the board that on Edwards Street, close to the road that goes into the trailer park, kids have been racing across. Ask Kevin McKinnon about a right a way. Someone also is accumulating junk on Edwards Street, possibly Chappell or Lindgren.
Landfill/Political letter/Larry Rappaport meeting guaranteed year before beginning.
Larry Rappaport- engineering from Merton Group will be brought up next meeting.
Property and Residential Tax bills.
Greg cannot attend the next meeting, so it will be Monday, June 9, 2003 at 9:30a.m.

Crushing Bid: Laurent Rancourt and Columbia Sand & Gravel did not bid. Cloutier Excavating bid on the job at: 4,000 at $3.50yd = $28,000.00. Larry Rappaport motioned to accept this bid and Sally Wentzell seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Filling Pools: Sally Wentzell suggested that everyone pay to have their pools filled, but no have to pay the sewer end of it. It was brought up that the Fire Department needs to find a new source of water to fill the pools. Larry Rappaport mentioned that if the Fire Department wants to charge that is their business. Phil Ducret needs to reserve the right to not do it if water restrictions are tight. (i.e. drought) It was also mentioned that Colebrook residents only should get their pools filled, unless they are on the Colebrook Fire Department. Selectmen will enforce this. A letter will go out to Phil Ducret on this matter.
Mud Run: It was brought up to the board that there were open containers of alcohol and underage drinking going on at the mud run. A question was brought up of where was the police and why weren’t they covering this event?
Ducharme/Soucy: trailer on Titus Hill owned by Eddie Nash- cars everywhere and at Clark’s house on Diamond Pond road- junk everywhere.
Sally Wentzell mentioned taking down the posted road signs on Fish Hatchery Road. We will check with Kevin McKinnon.
Sally Wentzell brought up tax relief to old barns. Robert Shaw has a barn listed with the Historical Society. Legally what can we do?
Deed list – letters sent and given to board.
WMUR/CDC is trying to get more publicity to get companies up here. (Post in papers at the beginning of the week?)
Executive session- personnel issue. Larry Rappaport motioned, Sally Wentzell seconded it, and all agreed.
Larry Rappaport motioned for the executive session minutes to be sealed, Sally Wentzell seconded it. It was the unanimous decision of the board at this time.
Bernie Hicks- meters June 1998 or 1999 brand new meters were at 0 readings. Two numbers meter housing and another number above it.
Bernie Hicks on vacation until next week.
