Healthy Older Adult Program
HOAP is designed to be a springboard that propels people to participate in a variety of the many personal, social, physical, cultural, educational, preventive health and craft activities, either alone or in a group setting, in the service area of the Upper Connecticut Valley Hospital. You will be able to accumulate hours over a 7 month period for HOAP prizes by doing activities in that would fall in the following categories. It is our hope that you will begin to experience the satisfaction and enjoyment of being more actively involved within the community and with life.
It is our HOAP that this program will make a positive difference in the way you feel about yourself, your life, and your health.
