II.     Sunday Sports
·       Soccer
·       Co-ed Basketball
·       Feedback
Programs went well for the first time, nice to have the leisure to attend if you wanted to and not be committed to a team.  There is no definite as to what will happen with Men’s League in the coming year

III.    Book Club
·       West With the Night- April 14
Book club has now gone on for a year with a small but committed group of attendees.  The club will continue as is for the time.

IV.     3 and 4 Colebrook Basketball Tournament
·       13 teams, 23 games, 88 officials/clock/door
·       Revolving Fund- $2039
·       Expenses $284 trophies, $460 officials/clock
·       Letter to Editor
·       Feedback –
We will try and go with Friday  and Saturday instead depending on the number of teams- have a score keeper to track fouls to limit “roughness”.  I did not feel that a reply to the letter in the newspaper was warranted I appreciate the job that the kids did officiating the games and I will use adult volunteers at anytime they are willing to do it.

V.      Summer Programs
·       Tennis Camp-
Melissa will contact new manager and explain what we have done in the past.
·       Basketball Camp-
The dates had to be moved due to snow days but there will be three age groups- varsity boys, varsity girls and JH boys, and elementary boys and girls
·       Day Camp-
A very tentative schedule has been set, the trips are very subject to change and waiting to see about the pool
·       Play Soccer Camp- all set
·       Golf Camp-Melissa will contact Clay

VI.     Revolving Fund Expenditures
·       Signatures to withdraw

VII.    Other Business
·       Purchase tickets to Fisher Cats vs Sea Dogs came for groups-no transportation provided  by the dept. July 23- we will try it and see how it works
