Advisory Board Minutes

Present: Joan Walsh, Mike Ouellet, Lori Morann, Melissa Shaw, Ray Gorman
I. Revolving Fund Draft-
· Short discussion on draft making one change to the veto voting procedure
II. Father Daughter Dance
· February 13 from 1-3 at the school cafeteria with John Shatney as DJ
· Decorate in red hearts and snowflakes with balloons- Lori would like to be involved in decorating
· We will purchases items locally to give away as prizes
· Next meeting we will finalize details
III. HOAP
· Discussion about trips and events
IV. Basketball
· travel team papers have gone out ¾ papers will go next week
· working on getting keys for coaches
V. Upcoming Events
· a little help for Christmas Camp might be needed
· will work with Clint on getting Sunday Soccer ready
VI. Arts Alliance Grant
· Program starts in January on Thursdays possibly a carver
VII. Up and Coming for Rec. Dept.
· Will work on trying to get group tickets for Red Sox
· CPR is good idea have donations go locally
· Play Soccer is set for next summer can we work with baseball/softball schedule
