March 21, 2007 Colebrook Planning Board Minutes
This special meeting was called to review and sign an amended plan for the Rite Aid project. It began at 6:30 pm with the following Board members present: Edward Carrier, Irene Bean, Sandra Riendeau, Kevin McKinnon, and Selectman Frank Dumaine. Others present were Philip Shaw and Sheila Beauchemin.
Vice Chair Edward Carrier reviewed the changes to the plan:
Plotted at 22 x 34 size with l/2 inch minimum margin per Registry standards.
Added parcel data chart with owner’s names, addresses, and tax map information.
Removed landscaping from School property.
Removed some existing survey text that was too small (0.08 inch minimum per Registry standards.
Removed circles that referenced the details.
Added callouts to make the metes and bounds clearer to read.
Adjusted some text locations to make more legible.
It was noted that the Local Government Center attorney had suggested that the same number be used as put on the plan on March 12th and that the plan signed then be destroyed to avoid confusion. The board agreed.
Sandra Riendeau made a motion to have Edward Carrier, Vice Chair, sign the amended plan; Irene Bean seconded and all present agreed.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:50 pm.
