- Kids in school 25 preschoolers, 30 in K-6, and
32 in 7-12.
- Source of Income The largest category is
retired.
- Opinion of Colebrook Most folks are somewhat
satisfied.
- Reason
for opinion Most people like Colebrook because it is a small town.

high taxes, lack of industrial development, loss of farm lands, traffic
& roads, lack of commercial development,

- Colebrook should encourage development of
Manufacturing
- Planning Board should encourage development
outside the precinct.
- Housing most respondents think sufficient
housing already exists but second on the list was that we should encourage
more elderly housing.
- Rivers and Ponds most thought that existing
regulations were sufficient to protect them.
- Planning Board regulations most didnt know
whether or not they were sufficient, but of those that had an opinion,
people thought they were adequate by a 2 to 1 margin.
- Town involvement in preservation most thought
the town should actively participate in preserving areas of scenic beauty.
- River Walk most thought the town should assist
in creating a river walk.
- Rails to Trails most thought the town should
assist in creating a rails to trails project.
- Downtown district 30 said do it all, 44 said
help, 40 said encourage but dont participate, 41 said dont participate
or encourage and 37 didnt know.

Improvement Plan the majority voted to develop one.
