Expo Planning:
Ideas: Vendors, Demos, Speakers, WMCC Gasifier Demo
Question of who will sponsor the Expo - Balsams "Greenpath" did it last year, and we don’t want to step on their toes if they will do it again this year. We are willing to do whatever, but have to ask Hotel first. Hotel has stated that it will close from end of October to December, so they won't even be open during the Expo. DH has not been able to get an answer from the new management on whether they will sponsor the Expo this year. Hotel has a barter agreement with the school to use it in exchange for aeration work done on their soccer field. Need to email Dick Harris about the Expo.
Expo is on hold until we can get issues dealt with for sponsorship and organizational responsibility.
Next meeting will be Sept 8 at Town Hall.
