2005 August Report

We placed two 18" culverts on the Willey Rd. to cut down on the amount of water running out into Bear Rock Rd. Bank run gravel was hauled in to bury the culverts. The road was graded at this time to facilitate trucks running on the road.

Road signs have been disappearing at a steady rate, so we went around town replacing missing signs. We have overspent our sign budget and won't get any more until next spring.

Water shut off valves were repaired this month.

Russell Rd. was ditched cleaning up the mess from last spring's washout.

The entrance to Skyline drive was widened out to receive truck traffic, and the road was regraveled.

Most of the Class V roads have been graded again and some of the Class VI roads.

The sewer pump stations have all been cleaned and maintenance performed as required.

The Landfill has been cleared of trees and stumps are being removed for construction.
