Colebrook Cemetery Trustee Meeting
September 5, 2006
Members present were Jean Haynes, Bernie Hicks, C.J. Stewart and Sally Wentzell who called the meeting to order at 3:30 p.m.
Others present were Arthur Truesdale.
The expense manifest and revenues were reviewed and signed as needed.
A motion was made and seconded for a letter to be sent to the funeral directors in Town to give the Sexton at least two (2) days notice for all burials.
A motion was made and seconded to purchase a pager for the Sexton so he could be notified in a timely manner for burials.
As there was no further business to come before the board the meeting adjourned at 4:35 p.m.
