The meeting was called to order by the Chairman Sally Wentzell, also present was Jean Haynes and C. Jane Stewart.
The board voted to go into executive session to discuss personnel matters.
The board voted to come out of the executive session with a motion made and seconded to write a letter to the employee being discussed.
Payroll and expense manifest were reviewed and signed.
Sally handed out the spec sheet for the work that has been discussed on prior occasions, we will be putting the spec sheet out for bid, possibly for next year.
Positioning of the plaques were discussed again, with the board still not satisfied over the placement, Sally will call the company directly.
The personnel policy was reviewed and discussed, additional changes will be made. And the policy will be submitted for further review and possible adoption.
A motion was made to adjourn, seconded and approved. The meeting closed at 5:45 p.m. and the next meeting will be October 4, 2005.
